VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Area Chamber’s annual meeting and awards banquet was held Thursday, April 7th at the Valley City Town & Country Club.
Chamber Executive Director Kay Vinje said it was so nice to get back to networking with our chamber members after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic.
Vinje talked about how successful the Love of Local Chamber Bucks promotion was and how it helped businesses in the community.
Lori Jury received the Hi Liner Award for her years of volunteer work in the community.
Handy Home and Hardware received the Business of the Year Award.
Meanwhile, Alley Beans, Brockopp Brewing and Bridge City Dentistry received the Community Image award for their businesses.
And Don Nelson, Scott Magnuson and Sue Milender received the Chambers Community Spirit award.
