VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Danielle Jorissen has set up a new business in Valley City called Cookie Platz. She opened her business in the former Lunchbox Cafe located at 137 Central Avenue North.
Jorissen said she doesn’t want to compete directly with anyone but would like to complement existing businesses with her specialty cookies by creating her own niche.
