TOWER CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The registration date has been set for Maple Valley Preschool and Kindergarten.

There will be a Pre-School and Kindergarten registration night on Thursday, March 31st from 5:00-7:00pm at the school in Tower City for all incoming Pre-School and Kindergarten students for the Fall of 2022.

The requirements for registration will need to be brought with you and your child. Parents will need all of these required items with you when you come to register your child on March 31st.

1. Copy of the child’s state-certified birth certificate.
2. Copy of the child’s up to date immunization records.
3. Physical address of residence.
4. Custody papers, if applicable (court order of custody or stamped petition is acceptable).
a. If the student is not the biological child, documentation must
be presented that proves transfer of custody and control has been
achieved.
b. Notarized letters for custody are unacceptable.

If you’re unable to make registration night, you can call the school to schedule a time to come in and register your child.
