JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The James River Valley Library System (JRVLS) is thanking the community’s support in their Food for Fines drive.
Library Director Joe Rector says the Food for Fines was designed to have patrons pay off outstanding fees at the library by bringing in non-perishable food and hygiene items.
The library reports they received over 215 items that will now be donated to local food pantries.
“We would like to thank our awesome community for all the food and toiletry items donated to our 2022 Food for Fines Campaign,” the library posted to social media.
