Joseph D. La Qua, 65, of Jamestown, ND, passed away with family by his side on Thursday morning, February 17, 2022 at his home.

Joseph Douglas La Qua was born February 21, 1956, in Jamestown, the son of Paul J. and Virginia (Hunt) La Qua. He graduated from Jamestown High School in 1974 and attended Bismarck Junior College. Joseph worked in the construction field until he became ill.

Joseph is survived by his siblings, Mary La Qua, Becky La Qua Dunn, Phillip J. La Qua, Rick (Deb Carlson) La Qua, Jamestown, Donna (Tim) La Qua Welch; sister-in-law, Sue La Qua; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Fred La Qua.

Mass of Christian Burial – 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 25, 2022 at St. John’s Catholic Church, Kensal, ND with Father Sean Mulligan officiating.

Visitation – One hour before the service at the church.

Burial – St. John’s Cemetery, Kensal, ND at a later date.
