PERIODS OF LIGHT FALLING SNOW OF AN INCH OR TWO, BUT SIGNIFICANT BLOWING SNOW.  TEMPERATURES FALLING TO SINGLE DIGITS BY EVENING.  WIND CHILLS DECREASING TO 25 BELOW.  WIND: SOUTHWEST, TURNING NORTHWEST THIS MORNING AND INCREASING TO 45 TO 55 MPH, WITH HIGHER GUSTS.

TONIGHT:  CONTINUED WINDY WITH BLOWING SNOW, WINDS NORTHWEST 20 TO 35 MPH.  TEMPERATURES FALLING TO 5 TO 10 BELOW, VERY COLD WIND CHILLS.

SATURDAY:  MOSTLY TO PARTLY SUNNY, LIGHT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.  WIND TURNING SOUTH 20 TO 30 MPH,  HIGH: NEAR 28.
