FARGO, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – On the first day of the individual tournament at the FargoDome, four different Blue Jay boys and one girl qualified for the championship matches at state.
Grady Anderson, Aden Braun, Colton Mewes, Jackson Walters, and Paris Eslick all won semifinal matchups on Thursday night to move onto championships for Jamestown. Preston Gall and Hannah Sjostrom will wrestle in third-place matches on Friday as well.
Championship rounds are scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm on Friday night. Jamestown has a team score of 121.5 after the first day, good for second place. Bismarck High is in first with a 145.5.
