JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – The chamber Young Professionals of Jamestown and the Chamber Ambassadors recently recognized Panache Vintage Rentals as the February Business of the Month Award recipient for their outstanding customer service and continued commitment to the community.

Their nomination stated:

“Jamestown and the surrounding area is truly fortunate to have Carla and her business Panache Vintage Rentals as part of our service offerings. She recently has been helping with my wedding decor and flowers. She has been nothing short of professional and timely. I recently met with her to finalize everything and after I left her house, a few hours later she texted me just to triple check that I was happy with all of the work she had done so far. She texted, “I want you to be completely happy with everything.” Now that is customer service at its best! Carla is always friendly, positive, and full of creativity. This past year her building was destroyed due to a fire. She has had to work out of her house and to top it off earlier this summer she broke her ankle. But, none of those held Carla back from ensuring her customers’ needs were met and expectations surpassed. For anyone looking to do an event, I encourage you to contact Carla Day!”

The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce honors businesses that provide superior customer service, exhibit community spirit and provide a positive economic impact to the community. This award provides recognition throughout the month with a plaque and a recognition banner for the month. Monthly award winners will be considered for the Business of the Year to be awarded in January of 2023.
