JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for February to Ronda Oslund for her outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Her nomination letter said:

“My daughter was scheduled for Artificial Disc Replacement Surgery in Germany, and Ronda helped us book flights for our trip. Four of us needed flights to Germany. Two of the flights over were on time, but two of us had to rebook a couple of times due to weather and mechanical difficulties. My daughter’s first flight back was canceled, and Ronda went into the office on a Sunday (her day off) and helped her reschedule her flight. She went above and beyond for our family and made a stressful time easier. She is a wonderful asset to the travel agency and would highly recommend her.”
