MADDOCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The 2022 Class B District 7 Girls Basketball tournament will run Friday, Saturday and Monday, February 11th, 12th and 14th in Maddock. Four Winds/Minnewaukan, currently ranked number two in the state and undefeated at 17-0 are the three-time defending District 7 champs. They will have a first round bye and will play Saturday at 530pm against the winner of Harvey/Wells County and New Rockford/Sheyenne. Benson County is a two seed and will also have a first round bye as there is just six teams in the district. Thunder 98.3FM and newsdakota.com will cover all New Rockford/Sheyenne, Harvey/Wells County and Nelson County games during the three day tourney, here is Fridays schedule:
530pm – No. 4 Harvey/WC vs. No. 5 New Rockford/Shey.
7pm – No. 3 Nelson County vs. No. 6 Warwick
