VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City State University (VCSU) unveiled their first-ever Masters of Science degree program at a news conference on February 1st that will be offered to students starting in the summer of 2022.

VCSU President Dr. Alan LaFave said this will be an exciting new opportunity for students and businesses.

VCSU Department of Computer Systems and Software Engineering Chair Susan Pfeifer said the new degree focuses on Business Information Systems designed to meet workforce needs and provide additional educational experience for a variety of individuals. She said this new degree was made possible thanks to the collaboration of staff and facility members on the VCSU campus.

Dr. James Boe, VCSU Dean for Graduate Studies and Extended Learning talked about how interested students can apply.
