VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Fire Department (VCFD) held its Appreciation & Awards Banquet on Saturday, January 29th.

35 volunteer firefighters who study, drill and test so they can maximize their abilities for public safety were recognized at the Valley City Eagles Club.

Firefighters have to rush away from Thanksgiving Dinners, Christmas, church, kids’ ballgames and other activities. So thanks to their families and the community for supporting firefighters and their families.
