JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Building, Planning, and Zoning Committee moved ahead with considering approval of the Major Subdivision, Final Plat of Jamestown Southwest Second Addition.

The plat would help spur development in southwest Jamestown and includes projects that could drive more growth in the city.

City Building Inspector Tom Blackmore says the plat includes room for possible infrastructure near the new Anne Carlsen Center location.

The committee unanimously approved the final plat.
