Carrington, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)—-The Carrington Cardinals trailed 6 to 5 about 3 minutes into the game, but a 22-0 run started a big offensive night for the Cardinals offense. Grady Shipman paced the Cards with a game high 21 points and Lucas Hendrickson was right behind Shipman with 20 points. Hudson Schmitz added 9 points. Leading 33-10 at halftime, Carrington scored 27 third quarter points for a commanding 60-20 lead heading to the final quarter. Will Schwehr paced the Bison with 16 points. Carrington snapped a 5 game losing streak and improved to 5-6 overall and 1-2 in District 5 play. BCN fell to 1-8 overall and 0-2 in district play. The Cardinals will host LLM on Friday night in District 5 play.
