VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Public Works crews will begin snow removal at midnight on January 24th in downtown Valley City and around the schools before branching off into residential areas starting in the southeastern section of town working clockwise throughout the city.

All vehicles must be removed from emergency routes in Valley City when it is snowing. Vehicles could be towed if they are not moved off emergency routes by the owner.
