BISMARCK, N.D. (Prairie Public Radio) – COVID-19 cases have increased among workers and residents of the state’s Correctional facilities.
North Dakota Department of Corrections spokesperson Kayli Richards says this comes as cases of the Omicron variant have spiked across the state. Richards says active cases among residents totaled 151, as of January 17th.
Face masks are mandatory in all state correctional facilities. Visitation and volunteer access guidelines vary by facility.
