OAKES, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – NDSU Extension has many great events coming up in the next couple of weeks. Extension Agent Danielle Dinger filled us in on everything we can look forward to in the upcoming month.

Dinger talked about a new, fun ways to make lifestyle improvements with Wellness Bingo.

“Design Your Succession Plan” is a class made to empower families and small business owners  to begin their succession plan. Dinger tells us more on how this class is beneficial.

NDSU has been applauded by attorneys for this program for giving families a roadmap for communicating before visiting the attorney’s office. For more information, you can call NDSU Extension at 701-349-3249 ext. 2.

For the kids, on Saturday, January 15th, there will be a “Tri-County Project Activity Day” at the LaMoure Public School. This gives kids a chance to learn things they have always wanted to try such as 3D-printing, robotics, glass mosiacs and more. The event is available for all youth, not just those enrolled in 4-H. There is a small fee to join and you must be registered by January 10th.

If you are being re-certified for pesticide training, you will receive a notice from their office. NDSU Extension now accepts cash, check and card. Dinger says where and when you can register.
