TODAY:   SNOW ENDING, BUT BLOWING AND DRIFTING WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY AS THE TEMPERATURE WILL FALL TO NEAR 10 BELOW BY EVENING.  WIND: NORTHWEST 15 TO 35 MPH WILL CREATE 30 AND 40S BELOW WIND CHILLS.
TONIGHT:  CONTINUED WINDY AND COLD WITH COLD WIND CHILLS.  LOWS NEAR 20 BELOW.  WIND CHILLS IN THE 30S AND 40S BELOW.  WIND: NORTHWEST 10 TO 25, GUSTING TO 30, DIMINISHING OVERNIGHT.
