JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Stutsman County Road Department has halted some of their work due to ongoing cold and wintry conditions.
County Road Superintendent Mickey Nenow says they’ve had to stop rocking for now and are have a project on hold until the Spring.
Nenow says winter maintenance continues on equipment for now.
The road department also requested to advertise for gravel crushing in 2022, which was approved unanimously by the Stutsman County Commission. Nenow will begin seeking bids for that work.
Nenow also submitted a request to advertise for about 18 miles of chip sealing in 2022. The commission unanimously approved the request.
