VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Valley City Public Works Department will clear downtown and emergency routes starting at midnight before moving into the residential areas beginning with the Southwest portion of the city. The snow clearing work will continue through the day Monday and into Tuesday and into Wednesday.
Please have all vehicles parked on emergency routes removed as soon as possible in the city of Valley City. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
The National Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Warning from 12pm Sunday, December 26th to 6pm on Monday, December 28th. Up to ten inches of snow is in the forecast for Valley City and 4 to 8 inches for Jamestown is expected from this winter storm.
