FARGO, N.D. (NDHP) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol said 45-year-old Robert Power of Minot died from injuries he suffered in a pedestrian vehicle crash in Fargo that occurred at the intersection of 13th Avenue and 25th Street south on December 13th.

Southeast Regional Commander Captain Bryan Niewind said on December 14th, Power was declared brain dead. He was kept on life support until he was positively identified and his family notified. His family then made the decision to donate his organs, which occurred on Friday, December 17th. More details about the crash are attached below.
