JAMESTOWN, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – All five Jimmie starters ended in double figures on Friday night as the Jimmies downed Dickinson State 73-55 at Newman Arena.

It was another big night on offense for sophomore John Argue who picked up a double-double, scoring 21 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Jamestown didn’t dominate from start to finish, but they never allowed Dickinson State to fully grab momentum at any point in the game. Fifth year senior Brady Birch put up 10 points, eight rebounds, and dished out four beautiful assists in the victory.

Marc Kjos was 3-of-7 from deep, including a buzzer beater to end the first half to end the night with 11 points. Will Cordes and Cole Woodford each added in 10 points, and off the bench, Devon Schultz had nine points and seven rebounds. The Jimmies held Dickinson State to 29% shooting from the field and 22% from deep.

The #12 Jimmies move to 13-2 overall on the year, with one more game to be played before the new year. Jamestown will welcome in Presentation on Sunday for a 4 pm tipoff against the Saints, before returning to conference play January 1st against Morningside.
