JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for December to Lynzee Klawon for her outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Her nomination letter said:

“We had a client who is also a farmer and is currently in the busy time of harvest, so working from sun up to sun down. When it came time to schedule closing Lynzee went out of her way and said that she would gladly do a closing prior to business hours. This means she had to come into the office LONG before 8am. I got there at 7am and not only was she thrilled to see everyone, but she was completely ready to go and was actually waiting for us. She went out of her way to make sure this client could stick to their schedule and not have to stop working early to come purchase their new home. Thank you, Lynzee for providing an EXCEPTIONAL customer service and putting their schedule first.”
