JAMESTOWN, N.D. (FCCU) – Developing the next generation of leaders is more important now, than ever. Retirements and turnovers throughout companies are common, and that’s why training and looking for the next leaders, is key.

FCCU’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Amie Aesoph, recently was asked by The Credit Union National Association (CUNA) to contribute to a professional white paper, called Developing the Next Cycle of Credit Union Leaders. Aesoph, alongside other top HR credit union professionals, examine throughout the white paper how credit unions are handling the changes in workforce, what a good leader looks like, how leadership is defined and more.

In an excerpt from the white paper, Aesoph says, “I am passionate about developing our people and I love to see them grow professionally.” She continues, “It’s critical that we define what a leader needs to be able to accomplish in a specific role, so we put the right person in the position.”

Congratulations to Amie Aesoph on this honor of having her work published in national CUNA White Paper. Thank you to your dedication to FCCU and growing leaders within our company.
