Police Chief Dennis Otterness says events like this can cause tension in a community.

Police said that as part of the investigation, search warrants were executed at two locations. The investigation found that the individuals acted independently of each other and that there are no other suspects.

Police have forwarded the reports to the Cass County State’s Attorney’s, recommending both suspects be charged with terrorizing, a Class C Felony.  Due to the ongoing nature of these cases, West Fargo Police have no further comment.
