jamestown-marina-proposal-2021

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Details continue to finalize for the potential new concessionaire of the Jamestown Reservoir Marina building.

Lucas Dockter informed the Stutsman County Park Board Tuesday that he had a few changes including the scope of their operation and the possible purchase of a mobile cooler.

The county would purchase and own the mobile cooler at the site.

Dockter says they’ve also updated to offer both liquor and beer at the site. The proposed contract would begin January 1st, 2022 and go through December 31st, 2031.

Commissioner Joan Morris stated she would like to see the contract “cleaned up” before final approval. She offered to go through with Auditor Jessica Alonge and work with Dockter to fix some items.

No motion was made.
