VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Hi-Liners girls basketball team was playing their second game of the regular season Tuesday as they welcomed the Devils Lake Fire Birds to town. For Devils Lake this was their first game of the season, however they did not show any signs of rust from the offseason. The Hi-Liners did their best to defend their home court, but in the end the shooting depth of the Fire Birds was too much to overcome for the Hi-Liners. Devils Lake takes this one 55-40.
