WEST FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – Students at West Fargo Cheney Middle School are staying home today following a threat of a school shooting.
The school district sent out a message to parents saying that authorities are investigating the threat. West Fargo Police reported there was a very specific threat of violence at the school today. The threat was shared anonymously on Snapshot and students alerted officials to the threat
Cheney Middle School will have an offsite learning day. Staff was told to report to work; students will attend classes virtually using their digital school-issued device.
