VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – What in the World Are You Reading? is going virtual on Thursday, December 9 at 7 pm. And everyone is invited to join in and share the books that you have been reading. This will be a great way to learn about some new books to give as Christmas gifts.

Each year anyone interested in sharing a couple of minutes about one or two books they have been reading meet and give a short summary of their books. Because of Covid-19 it has been decided to meet virtually via Zoom.

To meet on Zoom you will need to request a link. Just email to this address to request your Zoom link: vcsu-witw@vcsu.edu
You will then be emailed your link and on Thursday, December 9 at 7 pm, you should put that link into your ‘search bar’ on your computer, and you will then be able to join the group. Everyone is invited to attend this free event.

Jennifer Jenness, Director of Library Services at Valley City State University, will be the moderator for the evening, and leading the sharing session and discussion. This is a great way to get ideas for books you may want to read or give as gifts. For questions or more information email: vcsu-witw@vcsu.edu or call 845-7321.

What in the World Is Going On? is a campus-community group jointly sponsored by the VCSU Department of Science and the Department of Social Sciences. What in the World was begun shortly after 9/1/1 for the purpose of addressing issues of local, national and international importance.
