VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Dakota Rose Floral in Valley City is once again working to spread Holiday Cheer to residents of area long term care facilities.

Owner Deb Anderson said the event was a big success last year and people couldn’t wait to have us do the Holiday Cheer to area residents once again this year.
