CARRINGTON, N.D. (Chamber) – The weather cooperated beautifully this year for the Annual Christmas Around the Town and Parade held on November 29.

Many spectators lined up as the parade progressed down Main Street.

The parade was led by several units from our local volunteer fire department followed by many creative entries from the community.

Judges were faced with a difficult task in determining first and second place this year. Taking first place is Golden Acres Manor’s Charlie Brown entry. Carrington Medical Center’s ‘Snow Much Fun’ is second place each receiving Carrington Cash awards from the Carrington Area Chamber of Commerce.

Honorable mentions included: Bessette Motors, Bremer Bank and Leading Edge Equipment. The judges reported that they appreciated all entries and the time and talent it took to create them.
