FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – A man and a woman are dead and a suspect is in jail following a shooting at a Fargo business.

It happened at Composite America, a manufacturing business, at 401 27th Street North.

Police Chief Dave Zibolski says 35 year-old Anthony Reese of Moorhead showed up at the police station and said he was responsible for the shootings. Reese is a low-risk sex offender. He was convicted of third-degree criminal sexual conduct in Benton County, Minnesota in 2014 and has to register as a sex offender until 2029.

He also has convictions of domestic assault, being an ineligible person in possession of a firearm, drug sales, and possession, and violating no-contact orders.
