FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – Fargo Police Chief Dave Zibolski says he may have a solution to ongoing issues and public complaints involving the noise and danger caused by racing vehicles on major arterial streets in the city.
It would require a legislative solution called “owner’s responsibility.”
Zibolki says Fargo Police have taken an “enhanced enforcement approach.”
In a two-week period, officers issued 71 citations for speeding in select areas where the drivers have been running.
