Gwinner, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Both the Lisbon and Sargent Central Schools announced today that Friday’s game time for their football game will be moved up to a 3:30pm start in Gwinner.  The schools were recently notified that the referee crew from Valley City that was to work their game would not have enough healthy officials to work the game.  The crew that is working the Oakes vs. Kindred game at 7pm will now also cover the game between Lisbon and Sargent Central at 3:30 pm.
