VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City State University Global Exploration Club will hold three events in October to help raise money for a trip to Costa Rica.
Their advisor, Kiersten Baughman is an associate professor of psychology at VCSU. She talked about the focus behind the 9-day trip for her and the students in this interview with Steve Urness.
The first fundraiser will be a Fun Run/Walk on October 16th around the Jefferson School Loop. The second will be a spaghetti dinner at the Valley City Eagles Club on October 18th from 5pm to 7pm and a Haunted House at the VCSU Allen Memorial Library October 29th – 31st starting at 6pm. $5 entry fee for the Haunted House.
