VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Barnes County 19 known as The River Road will be closed about 2 miles Northwest of the intersection of Barnes County 21 starting on Monday, September 27th.
The closure is expected to last approximately 3 weeks with a tentative reopening scheduled for October 16th weather permitting.
Barnes County Highway Roads Superintendent Kerry Johnson said the contractor will install a concrete box culvert.
Motorists will have to use an alternative route starting on Monday, September 27th.
