Head Coach Matt Nielson is already thinking towards Thursday with this to say, “We have West Fargo Sheyenne at home on Thursday at 4pm. If we win, we could help drag Sheyenne down to the 5 seed. If Shanley also loses, we could move our way up to the 6 seed and get ourselves out of the play-in match. If both us winning and Shanley losing doesn’t occur, we will be the 7 seed and will host the 10 seed (Wahpeton or West Fargo) on Monday at 4:30pm in the play-in match with the loser’s team season completed and the winner’s team season moving to the main draw of the regional team tournament.”
Next up for the Hi-Liners is the last EDC regular season match on Thursday at 4pm at home versus West Fargo Sheyenne.
