VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City hosted the annual Blue & White Cross Country Meet at Bjornson Golf Course on Saturday, September 18th. 450 athletes from over 20 schools participated in the four races along with 80 athletes running the elementary mile race.
Freshman Greta Goven won the Varsity 5K race. She is the first Valley City female to ever win the Blue & White 5K race. This race featured 105 athletes. Sophomore Reagan Berg placed 5th running 10 seconds behind the lead runners.
