JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – UJ Place continues to generate interest in new or expanding businesses in Jamestown.
EPIC Companies VP of Marketing & Public Relations McKenzy Braaten says a new business will join current businesses Modern Wellness and Knight & Day Coffee will soon have a FitBody Boot Camp join them.
“We are excited to bring in another fitness facility to the community,” Braaten stated. “This allows members to have a place close by for them to complete their workouts. FitBody will be a great addition to Jamestown.”
Matt Eggl will be opening the Jamestown Bootcamp on October 11th, barring any setbacks.
Eggl says UJ Place provides a great location for what they offer.
He added they’re excited to bring their unique service to the community.

For EPIC Companies, Braaten added they have had an excellent experience working with the University and community of Jamestown.
“Things are going well,” Braaten stated. “[I]t’s always a learning curve when you open a new building in a new community. We have been welcomed with open arms to the community of Jamestown and we can’t say enough great things about the University. All the staff and support that UJ Place has received has been exceptional.”
As far as future opportunities, Braaten says they still have upwards of 8,500 square feet available and leads coming in daily.
“Commercial Leasing has been busy with leads. We are still hoping to get a few more retail/commercial tenants into the space and fill the remaining space. We are offering a $50,000 fit-up incentive for those tenants who qualify.”
