VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Work on Streetscape in downtown Valley City continues. City Administrator Gwen Crawford had this update about the project. She said work is getting closer to wrapping up on the 7th Avenue Northwest storm sewer replacement project. And work continues along 2nd Avenue in Valley City.
