BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) announced its third edition of volleyball players-of-the-week honors Monday.  Lily Pyle of Mayville State (N.D.) was selected as the Attacker-of-the-Week, while her teammate Elora Passa was named the Setter-of-the-Week.  Kallene Klever of Valley City State (N.D.) was chosen as the Defender of the Week.

Kallene Klever – Valley City State (N.D.) – 5’5″, Senior, defensive specialist – LaMoure, N.D. – Klever averaged 5.6 digs per set and totaled 67 digs as Valley City State (N.D.) went 2-1 record in the Bellevue (Neb.) Labor Day Classic.  She also finished the tournament four service aces and a pair of kills.  Klever tallied 28 digs and two service aces in Vikings’ 3-2 victory in the tournament finale over MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.).
