JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Chamber of Commerce’s primary goal is the promotion of local businesses in the community.

This includes highlighting those who make each business the best it can be.

Every month, the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce accepts nominations for their Customer Service Award and the Young Professionals of Jamestown, an arm of the chamber, accepts nominations for the Business of the Month.

Chamber Executive Director Emily Bivens says they rely on those nominations from people who have experienced exceptional service from an employee or had a pleasant business experience in Jamestown.

Another way the chamber promotes in through their Business After Hours events, which has different businesses or organizations staying open past hours to network and answer questions about what they have to offer.

If you’re interested in submitting a nomination or applying to become a chamber member, you can visit jamestownchamber.com or call (701) 252-4830.
