LAMOURE, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – The LaMoure/Litchville-Marion Loboes proved Friday night that week one wasn’t a fluke as they dominated once again, defeating Griggs-Midkota 76-0 in week two of the Class B season.
The #1 ranked Loboes in 9B found a way to put up more points than they did in week one, and have won their first two games by an average score of 75-0. Offensively, Corbin Potts accounted for three touchdowns, going 4-5 through the air for 124 yards. Wide receiver Colton Ness had two catches, both resulting in touchdowns and the offensive line controlled the game up front once again. Brady Lettenmaier finished with 162 yards on the ground and three touchdowns.
It wasn’t just the offense that produced points for LaMoure this week, as Tate Mart had over 200 yards on special teams and two punt returns for touchdowns. The defense of the Loboes was led by Garrett Hebl who had 19 tackles, five for loss, a sack, and a forced fumble. Brock Wendel recorded 11 tackles, four of which were for a loss as well for LaMoure.
The #1 Loboes will look to continue their dominant performance next Friday when they travel to Finley-Sharon/Hope-Page for a 7 pm kickoff.
