VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – On Saturday, August 21st, the Valley City Hi-Liners’ cross country team competed in their first meet of the season.  The meet was held at the Goose River Golf Course in Hillsboro. The Hi-Liners had ten athletes running their first cross country race with three Hi-Liners setting new personal records.
