ELLENDALE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A missing Ellendale man was located safely in Texas Tuesday.

In a release, Ellendale Police had been searching for 62 year-old Everett Rains who was last seen leaving his residence on August 22nd. There were concerns after he had left without his cellphone and medication. Police were concerned for his safety as he might have been disorientated without his medication.

Authorities says he was reportedly with family in Texas when he was located.
