VALLEY CITY, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown High School football team was selected to finish second in the first 11A Preseason Poll heading into the 2021 season on Friday.
Jamestown received three first place votes, tied with Bismarck St. Mary’s for the top spot, but the Saints edged out the Blue Jays by just one point and hold the #1 ranking heading into the regular season. The poll was voted on by the NDAPSSA.
Jamestown will head to Dickinson to take on the Midgets, who finished fifth in the preseason rankings, on Friday night at 7:00 pm. You can listen to the full game on Jamestown 107.1 FM. The Blue Jays were selected to finish first in 11A Pigskin Preview and Coaches Poll.
