JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – As kids in Jamestown head back to school, the Two Rivers Activity Center (TRAC) is looking to shift into fall gear at the end of the month.

TRAC Facilities Manager Amy Walters says the Meidinger Splash Park has been going constantly all summer long, but will look to have things cleaned up and closed after Labor Day in September. She says hours will be changed now that the school year is underway.

New hours are Monday through Friday 4 PM to 8 PM, Saturdays from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sundays from 12 PM to 8 PM.

For the Two Rivers Activity Center, they’ll also begin to change to their Fall hours after Labor Day as well.

TRAC hours after September 6 will be Monday through Thursday 5 AM to 10 PM, Fridays and Saturdays 5 AM to 8 PM, and Sundays 12 PM to 8 PM.

Walters says they also use this time to focus on pool maintenance as things move inside for the cooler months.

The poll will be closed August 27th through September 6th to allow crews to drain pools, check drain boxes, and conduct routine maintenance to maintain efficient operations and safety for the guests.
