SHERIDAN COUNTY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – One person is dead and others injured in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday morning in Sheridan County.
The state patrol reports that just after 11 AM at the intersection of ND 200 and ND 14 between McClusky and Goodrich, a Ford failed to stop and yield the right of way at a stop sign. The Ford struck the left side of the GMC, which then overturned and ejected the passenger.
The driver and passenger of the GMC were transported to St. Alexius in Bismarck with potential serious injuries. The passenger was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The passengers of the Ford were transported to the Rugby Hospital. The driver was taken to Harvey Hospital. All occupants had non-life threatening injuries. No names are being released at this time.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol was assisted by the Wells County Sheriff’s Office, Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office, Wing Ambulance, McClusky Ambulance, McClusky Rescue, Turtle Lake Ambulance, and Goodrich Fire Department.
