JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Demolition work has started on Hansen Heights Apartments in Jamestown.

The demolition began Monday on the apartments located at 810 10th St NE.

“[The] Hansen Heights site and the Hong Kong Buffet site have been issued demolition permits,” City Building Inspector Tom Blackmore stated. “[They] are both posed for redevelopment in the future.”

Blackmore says they have also recently issued a building permit for an interior build at UJ Place for a fitness center named “Jamestown Boot Camp”. No further details are currently available.
