BISMARCK, N.D. (Prairie Public News) – North Dakota’s road construction season is going very well.
Phil Murdoff is the state construction engineer for the North Dakota Department of Transportation.
Murdoff says he believes the majority of drivers are obeying the slower speed limits through construction zones. He says it’s something they need to remind themselves of, as they travel the state.
Murdoff says DOT is spending between $350 and $400 million on projects around the state.
